CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by contacting us at customer service please provide us with the confirmation number and e-mail address used when you placed the order. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped

We strive to keep all items listed on our website in stock; however if an item is no longer available or does not meet our quality standards, we may substitute out-of-stock items with an item of equal or greater value.
Returns

Due to hygienic reasons, opened and used products are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.It takes up to 30 days to process the return and credit your account. All approved returns will be subject to 15 re-stocking fee.
